What is freelancing?

Freelancing, self-employment – these terms describe the work for one’s own account, with the responsibility and risk that are accompanying it. Work without a boss, often without the strict working hours set.

With the growing popularity of outsourcing, there is a growing number of the services providing the platform for contacting the buyers with the providers. On these sites, there are both registered companies, as well as individuals – freelancers offering their services.

This kind of work has both its advantages and disadvantages

The advantages are: making your own decisions and being responsible for them; setting the working hours you like; possibility of remote work using the internet.
