Links To Freelance Sites

A couple of links to freelance sites, money transfer services and other resources which can be very helpful in your freelance business.
It’s not just a random list of the freelance sites found all over the web - all the sites are reviewed and if they don’t provide quality job opportunities, they are removed immediately. For each approved site, there were a few ones that were rejected because of the unsatisfactory quality level of the services.

Free Freelance Sites
Because of the lack of paid subscription, they are the best place for people starting their freelancing career. The term “free” might be a bit misleading, but it relates to this lack of the subscription fee (deducted from your account even if no projects are won and money earned).
Services from this group take their fee when the project is awarded - so in case of a bad luck (not winning the bidding phase) we aren’t charged with any costs. It is very important for the freelancers with a little or no experience, as there’s no risk of losing their money invested in the costly subscription.
Recommended sites:

Paid Freelance Sites
Some explanation – “paid” services are not recommended for the beginners. Setting up the account there means that you have to invest some serious money (this can be even as high as over $700) and in case of resigning, the money is not refunded. It is important to estimate your strengths and abilities before making the decision.
Freelancers making their first steps don’t know this market they’re just entering, nor the problems they can face. First contact with freelancing is better to be made without the obsolete (on this stage) costs and investments – so the “free” pages available without the paid subscriptions seem to be the better place to start.
